Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows you to notarize documents through a secure audio‑video session — no travel, no waiting rooms, no printing until everything is complete.

RON is legally recognized in Ohio and in all states that authorize online notarization.

Exceptions: Ohio law requires ink signatures for auto titles. All other common documents can be notarized online.

How It Works

Steps

Step 1: Upload Your Document Email or text your PDF, Word file, or image along with your preferred appointment time.

Step 2: Receive Confirmation We review your request and send your secure session link.

Step 3: Join the Online Session Tap the link from your phone or computer to enter the signing room.

Step 4: Verify Your Identity Upload a photo of your ID and complete a quick identity check.

Step 5: Add Signers or Witnesses Witnesses available for $10 each if needed.

Step 6: Review & Pay Standard fees: $30 per notary stamp + $10 platform fee. We will send an invoice before the start of the signing session.

Step 7: Receive Your Notarized Documents. Your completed documents are emailed immediately after payment is submitted.

  • Yes. RON is as legal and valid as in-person notarization.

  • Of course, this service is available to all U.S. persons currently located anywhere in the world.

  • Generally speaking any document that can be notarized in person can also be notarized by RON. Auto titles that require a wet signature right on the title, is an exception.Those cannot be completed through RON.

  • A normal RON session with 1-2 signers take no more than 15-20 minutes

  • Once signing is completed, the notary will provide an invoice which can be paid either by ACH (check) or card. Once you submit the payment, the notarized documents will be emailed to you in PDF for download and printing.
